Terms and Shipping

Our Guarantee

All animal orders are shipped in the safest way possible. We guarantee the animal will arrive alive, or we will send you a replacement animal for free; you only have to pay for shipping.

Conditions for a Live Arrival:

  • Someone must be home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If you requested your package be held at your local FedEx station, you must pick it up within 4 hours.
  • You must provide the correct shipping address.
  • All claims must be made within 24 hours. Do not dispose of the animal or shipping box because pictures of both will be required.

Shipping

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30 am. If you live in a smaller town or a rural area, it may arrive between 12-4 pm. We offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center upon request. Our shipping days are Monday- Wednesday.

Laws & Regulations

We try to keep current on all Laws that seem to grow daily. We will not knowingly ship any animal to where it is illegal, so please don’t ask. As a result, you are 100% responsible and agree by ordering to know your local laws regarding the animals.
